A: Our prices are all excluding taxes.
Q: What if I can’t find the products from your website?
A: Please contact us on Whatsapp or E-mail, then send us the products information which you are looking for. We will work it out.
Shipping FAQS
Q: What is the shipping method?
A: It depends on our clients’ destination, normally we will send the parcels via DHL or UPS from China, sometimes we will send the parcels from our overseas warehouse.
Q: How long for the delivery time?
A: Delivery time is around 3 days. We need to confirm the specific delivery time based on your order.
Q: What if the packages were lost?
A: The loss of packages will be handled according to the logistic company’s terms if there is no extra insurance for that.

A: We have different payment accounts in mainland China/Hong Kong/Europe, please contact our sales to provide you with the best payment method, we accept small amount via Western Union.
Q: What is the payment term?
A: Payment before delivery should be required.

A: We provide lifetime warranty for all of our products. And processing only takes 7 days.
We make the Label to pick up the return by our logistics account.
We are responsible for customs clearance, the only thing you need to do is to pack the return parcel as what we request.
