The purposes for this document
Dear partner, in order to offer a better and efficient after-sales service and avoid damage to the returns, also make the progress of customs clearance can go smoothly, please strictly follow the instruction in this operation manual to deal with the returns.
Warranty
Important note
All screens returned that meet APLONG - Return Standard must have APLONG's stamp. Otherwise, they will be no warranty.
Please apply for an RMA service within 12 months from the purchasing date. If incorrect items are received,please contact us and issue a return/exchange within 7 days of the recipient.
How do APLONG send returns to you?
1. Please contact APLONG sales for return request with problem statement.
2. Please send photos or videos of the mentioning issues to sales, this will help accelerate the warranty process.
3. After negotiating the warranty solution, APLONG will provide return address and guide to you.
4. Please provide the tracking number of the returned item, we require that to track the returned item.
5.Shipping cost will be all on our side (as long as your address is within the range of DHL/UPS pick-up ), we will contact DHL/UPS to pick up the parcel from your address first, then resend you the new products after we've received your parcel.
